Kirsty Mitchell’s fabulous pictures have made her an internationally renowned art photographer. Mitchell’s photo series “Wonderland” was intended as a summer project while she mourned the loss of her mother. But she found her passion for photography and began her 5-year project in the summer of 2009. Creation became her escape from a painful reality, and she sought to return to the common fairytale world she had shared with her mother while growing up.

All photos are taken in the open air in the English landscape, on the premises of the four seasons.
