Terms of purchase
Prices: The prices in the store are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include 25% VAT on all works of art. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers or errors in the price list and reserve the right to adjust prices on the website.
Delivery: Delivery time varies between 1-5 weeks depending on whether the work is ready with us or if it must be ordered from the photographer and then framed. Delivery time is announced when ordering, you will then be informed via email when your artwork is ready for collection/delivery. If you choose pick-up as an alternative, the work is picked up in our gallery in the lobby at Hotel Tylösand.
Complaint: We always replace a damaged or faulty product. To complain about a faulty or defective item, please contact us via email info@treshombresart.com or by phone 0733-60 06 69 Mon-Fri at 9-17. Then notify what is wrong with the product.
Product information: We reserve the right to make typing errors and final sales of products.
We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products on the website as a certain colour difference may occur between different monitors.
Personal information: When you place your order with us, you provide your address and other information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfil the agreement with you. We do not pass on any information to third parties.
Dispute: In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations.
Terms and Conditions: If you are under 18 years of age, the parent’s written permission is required to order.
