In recent years, he has broadened his repertoire with underwater photography, which has taken him out into the world to tropical seas and crystal clear Nordic lakes. Patrik is a leader in his niche as a nature photographer in Halland and has made seven books and participated in many other publications. The most recent contribution was in Crown Princess Victoria’s book Discover Sweden.
In 1998 he was elected to the Swedish Nature Photographers / N and shortly afterwards to the southern Swedish image group PhotoNatura. Has received several awards over the years, the most recent being Halmstad’s Kulturpris 2019.
